Description

Juicy and tender chicken bites marinated in a zesty lemon sauce, cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and coat them well. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but for the best flavor, aim for up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for even more flavor. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best results.
