- 1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and coat them well. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but for the best flavor, aim for up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Marinate the chicken overnight for even more flavor. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best results.
