Description

Delicious and fun Apple Fritter Waffle Donuts, crispy outside and soft inside, filled with cinnamon and fresh apples.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar, and whisk well.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
