Delightful snack combining creamy brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease the mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares.
  4. Press each square of puff pastry into the muffin cups.
  5. Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with candied pecans if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
