- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease the mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square of puff pastry into the muffin cups.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with candied pecans if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
