- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 block feta cheese (200g)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- Pour in enough water to cover the orzo.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the orzo is cooked and the feta is golden.
- Stir everything together until creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of water to keep it moist.
