Description

Juicy chicken skewers coated in a spicy and sweet bang bang sauce, perfect for gatherings and casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the cubed chicken breast onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, watching closely.
  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.

Notes

For an extra kick, serve additional Sriracha or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
