- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the cubed chicken breast onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, watching closely.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the bang bang sauce.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
Notes
For an extra kick, serve additional Sriracha or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
