A delicious mix of cheese-filled tortellini, fresh veggies, savory salami, and zesty Italian dressing, perfect for picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, red onions, salami, and pepperoncini.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
