- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined, then set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if you like.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be paired with fries, onion rings, or a simple salad. Leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days.
