- 1 pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
