Description

A delightful twist on the classic breakfast dish, combining the beloved flavors of a BLT sandwich into a rich and satisfying quiche.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
