Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Spread the chopped broccoli evenly in the pie crust and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on the edges.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.
