- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Spread the chopped broccoli evenly in the pie crust and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on the edges.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.
