Description

Crispy buffalo chicken mozzarella sticks that blend spicy chicken with gooey cheese, perfect for snacks or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken (store-bought or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  2. Wrap a small amount of the chicken mixture around each piece of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Dip each chicken-wrapped cheese stick in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat cooking oil over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry the breaded sticks for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with blue cheese or ranch dip. Can be baked as a healthier option.
