Crispy buffalo chicken mozzarella sticks that blend spicy chicken with gooey cheese, perfect for snacks or game day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Shredded Chicken (store-bought or fresh)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Wrap a small amount of the chicken mixture around each piece of mozzarella cheese.
- Dip each chicken-wrapped cheese stick in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat cooking oil over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the breaded sticks for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with blue cheese or ranch dip. Can be baked as a healthier option.
