Description

A delightful dish that brings together rich seafood flavors and Cajun spices, topped with a luxurious garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and salmon to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and the salmon is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the shrimp and salmon. Adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
