- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and salmon to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and the salmon is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Ensure not to overcook the shrimp and salmon. Adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
