Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside with the salmon.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and let thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Best served hot with rice or pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
