Description

Delicious and creamy cheesecake bars infused with fresh apples and drizzled with caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in diced apples, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
  7. Cut into squares and serve cold.

Notes

For a delightful twist, serve with whipped cream or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
