Description

Delightful bite-sized cheesecake truffles with a creamy white chocolate coating and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 8 oz White Chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and fresh raspberries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
  3. Roll the mixture into uniform bite-sized balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated.
  5. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries or extra melted chocolate.
  6. Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes or refrigerate to speed up the process.
