- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 8 oz White Chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and fresh raspberries. Blend until smooth.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
- Roll the mixture into uniform bite-sized balls.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated.
- Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries or extra melted chocolate.
- Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes or refrigerate to speed up the process.
