- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for brushing on wraps)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- On a flat tortilla, sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Then, add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Optionally, sprinkle some chopped parsley for added freshness.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly like a burrito.
- Brush the wraps with melted garlic butter for an irresistible finish.
- Cook the wraps in the skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience and adjust spices according to your taste. Can be made vegan by substituting chicken and cheese.
