Description

Delicious and satisfying wraps filled with tender shredded chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and gooey cheddar cheese, all wrapped in warm tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir until well coated.
  2. Add in the cheddar cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture among them, placing it in the center of each.
  4. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each wrap seam-side down for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and toast the other side.
  6. Once crispy and cheese is melted, remove from heat. Allow to cool for a minute and slice in half if desired. Serve warm.
