- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir until well coated.
- Add in the cheddar cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture among them, placing it in the center of each.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each wrap seam-side down for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and toast the other side.
- Once crispy and cheese is melted, remove from heat. Allow to cool for a minute and slice in half if desired. Serve warm.
