- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: If using leftover chicken, ensure it is shredded and ready.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine chicken, garlic aioli, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the Tortillas: Slightly warm each tortilla in a pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
- Cook the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Cut and Serve: Remove, cool for a minute, then cut diagonally and serve.
