Description

Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are the perfect snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheeses. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each bite in the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Roll the coated bites in the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  7. Place the bites onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch dressing, or spicy aioli. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
