  • Lo Mein noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients, wash the vegetables, and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the carrots and chop the green onions.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Prepare Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a little oil, then sauté the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
