- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash all vegetables, mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the beef: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up and cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until aromatic.
- Add the cabbage: Incorporate the sliced cabbage and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Mix in soy sauce: Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Finish with sesame oil: Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving.
- Garnish: Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding your choice of vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Adjust seasoning to taste.
