Instructions

  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Cook the beef: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up and cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until aromatic.
  5. Add the cabbage: Incorporate the sliced cabbage and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Mix in soy sauce: Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Finish with sesame oil: Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving.
  8. Garnish: Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions.
