Description

This chopped bagel sandwich is a no-cook lunch idea that’s creamy, crunchy, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

1 everything or plain bagel

2 tablespoons softened cream cheese

23 slices of deli turkey or pre-cooked chicken

1/4 cup diced cucumber

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)


Instructions

1. Finely chop the turkey, cucumber, and red onion.

2. In a bowl, mix with cream cheese and seasoning until well combined.

3. Slice the bagel in half and scoop out a bit of the inside if desired.

4. Fill the bottom half generously with the mixture.

5. Top with the other half and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Add fresh herbs like chives or dill for extra flavor.

Use flavored cream cheese (herb, garlic, or veggie) for variety.
