- 3 medium apples, diced
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from heat, let cool, then chop.
- Wash and dice the apples, keeping the skin on, and halve the grapes. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples and grapes, drizzling with lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and sea salt until well combined. Warm honey if too thick.
- Pour the cinnamon-honey dressing over the fruit mixture, add the toasted nuts, and gently toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Garnish with extra cinnamon and whole nuts if desired.
