Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cooled melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
