Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cooled melted butter.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
