Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients in clean jars.
- Combine quick oats and cooked quinoa in the jars.
- Pour in non-dairy milk of your choice.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Spoon in non-dairy yogurt for a creamy texture.
- Drizzle maple syrup into the mixture.
- Add cinnamon and mix everything until fully combined.
- Cover jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with more cinnamon and decorate with extra yogurt, if desired.
- Enjoy directly from the jar or with fresh fruits and nuts.
Notes
