Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (plus more for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients in clean jars.
  2. Combine quick oats and cooked quinoa in the jars.
  3. Pour in non-dairy milk of your choice.
  4. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  5. Spoon in non-dairy yogurt for a creamy texture.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup into the mixture.
  7. Add cinnamon and mix everything until fully combined.
  8. Cover jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, dust with more cinnamon and decorate with extra yogurt, if desired.
  10. Enjoy directly from the jar or with fresh fruits and nuts.

Notes
