Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or a sugar substitute)
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly and arrange them on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the banana slices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, checking and shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Allow the banana chips to cool before serving.
Notes
Store banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a twist, try dipping them in dark chocolate after air frying.
