Description

Delicious and healthy snack made from ripe bananas, air-fried to a perfect crisp with a sprinkle of cinnamon-sugar.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or a sugar substitute)
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas thinly and arrange them on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the banana slices.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, checking and shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  8. Allow the banana chips to cool before serving.

Notes

Store banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a twist, try dipping them in dark chocolate after air frying.
