- 1 banana, sliced
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, additional shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix the oats, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add sliced banana on top, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add optional toppings before serving.

Store the oats covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. If thickened, stir in extra coconut milk before eating.
