- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth, scraping down the bowl as needed.
- Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the dough, roll into balls, and slightly flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set; allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
