Ingredients

- 2 cups corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in corn (thawed if frozen), cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, and jalapeños (if using).
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Chill the dip to enhance flavors. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
