Description

A creamy and flavorful corn dip perfect for gatherings, made with sweet corn, cream cheese, and jalapeños.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in corn (thawed if frozen), cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, and jalapeños (if using).
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Chill the dip to enhance flavors. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
