Crispy and flavorful cottage cheese chips that are high in protein, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle your choice of seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top of each dollop.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store cottage cheese chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them with parchment paper in between layers.
