Ingredients

- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
- Sprinkle your choice of seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top of each dollop.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store cottage cheese chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them with parchment paper in between layers.
