Description

Delicious and easy Cheesy Crab and Shrimp Taquitos combining crab, shrimp, and cheese, all wrapped in crispy tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, shrimp, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Take a corn tortilla, spoon some filling onto one side, and roll it tightly. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Fry the taquitos in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. For an extra burst of flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
