- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar, spreading it over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
