Delightful and easy-to-make appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and flaky crescent roll dough.

- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces of brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- In a greased muffin tin, press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides to form cups.
- Place a piece of brie cheese in each cup.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange zest, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie in each cup.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor and texture. Can be garnished with fresh herbs for presentation.
