Description

Delightful and easy-to-make appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces of brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a greased muffin tin, press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides to form cups.
  4. Place a piece of brie cheese in each cup.
  5. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange zest, and brown sugar until well combined.
  6. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie in each cup.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor and texture. Can be garnished with fresh herbs for presentation.
