- 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and carefully cut each triangle in half.
- Press each dough half into the muffin cups to create a shell.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each shell, and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or a dash of orange zest for added flair.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze for longer storage. Thaw and reheat before serving.
