Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Description

Delightful baked bites combining flaky crescent rolls with creamy cranberry filling, perfect for gatherings or holiday parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough, separate into triangles, and cut each triangle in half.
  5. Press each triangle into the mini muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
  6. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup.
  7. Add about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese filling.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest if desired.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 11–13 minutes until golden and puffed up.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Freezing instructions available.
