Description

Delicious and visually appealing cranberry mousse cups made with fresh cranberries and creamy vanilla mousse. Perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare cranberry puree by cooking cranberries in water, simmer until soft, blend until smooth, and set aside to cool.
  2. Make vanilla mousse by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream separately until soft peaks form.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer the mousse and cranberry puree in individual cups, ending with cranberry puree on top.
  6. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh cranberries, whipped cream, or mint. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
