Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and spinach)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes. Remove the chicken and let it cool, then shred it.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add the ramen noodles and mixed vegetables, cooking according to the noodle package instructions until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken. Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
