Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
