- 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Lower the heat and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
