- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 150g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions (2-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and add crumbled feta cheese. Stir well to create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently combine with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with freshly grated Parmesan cheese or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
