- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, half of the cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and crushed pork rinds if using.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a light green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
