Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped asparagus and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
- Mix in the cooked orzo, combining well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use fresh grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Be cautious not to overcook the orzo.
