Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder.
