Delicious and easy-to-make Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps that are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfect for a satisfying meal or snack.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 whole wheat or regular tortillas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, and any other favorite wrap fillings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Roll the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them adhere.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into strips.
- Take each tortilla and layer on slices of chicken, a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, and any additional fillings you’d like.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, then slice it in half to serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
