- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef, following package instructions for water; stir until well combined.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
- Assemble the tacos by placing seasoned beef and shredded cheese in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the tacos to ensure they are well covered.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a minute, then serve warm with your favorite garnishes.
Notes
