Description

Delightful crispy tacos filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese, perfect for family nights or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef, following package instructions for water; stir until well combined.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing seasoned beef and shredded cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over the tacos to ensure they are well covered.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a minute, then serve warm with your favorite garnishes.

Notes

Consider adding garnishes like diced tomatoes, onions, avocado, or sour cream. A taco bar setup can also enhance the fun!
