Description

A fun and delicious twist on a classic fast-food favorite, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain the grease.
  2. Add the cooked beef, cheeses, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  3. Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the mixture is melted and creamy, switch to WARM and serve directly from the slow cooker.
  5. Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or more pickles before serving.

Notes

Adjust seasonings to taste. For a healthier version, use ground turkey or Greek yogurt.
