Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain the grease.
- Add the cooked beef, cheeses, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 120–180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture is melted and creamy, switch to WARM and serve directly from the slow cooker.
- Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or more pickles before serving.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste. For a healthier version, use ground turkey or Greek yogurt.
