Description

A hearty and comforting soup that brings the classic flavor of cheeseburgers right to your bowl with ground beef, vegetables, and cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer cooked beef to the crockpot and add diced onion, carrots, celery, beef broth, and diced potatoes. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add shredded cheddar cheese, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Once cheese is melted and soup is hot throughout, ladle into bowls and serve warm.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs or offer toppings like additional cheese or bacon for customization.
