- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg
- 2 cups French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour the French onion soup over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
