  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  3. Pour the French onion soup over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
