Description

Delicious crockpot garlic butter beef bites with potatoes. Melt-in-your-mouth tender beef cubes slow-cooked with garlic, butter, broth, herbs, and potatoes for an effortless, hearty one-pot meal.


Ingredients

Beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

Baby red or Yukon gold potatoes, quartered

Butter, unsalted

Fresh garlic, minced

Beef broth (low sodium)

Worcestershire sauce

Dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: Onion powder, paprika

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Pat beef dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

2. Mince garlic and quarter potatoes.

3. Place seasoned beef cubes at the bottom of the slow cooker.

4. Add quartered potatoes on top of beef.

5. Melt butter and stir in garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried herbs.

6. Pour mixture over beef and potatoes.

7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

8. Gently stir before serving.

9. Garnish with parsley or chives.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear beef cubes before adding to the slow cooker.

Do not open the lid during cooking.

Adjust seasoning before serving.

For thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry at the end.
