- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Combine: Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Make sure the chicken is well covered.
- Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve: Once done, shred the chicken gently with two forks right in the crockpot and mix it with the sauce.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add more parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
