Description

A delicious and healthy crustless quiche packed with asparagus and spinach, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the baby spinach, chopped asparagus, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a pie dish or baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
