Ingredients

- 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
- Crumble the feta cheese on top of the cucumbers.
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette in a small bowl.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the cucumber and feta mixture.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately or refrigerate for a quick side later.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For best results, keep dressing separate until serving.
