Description

A cool and crisp salad featuring thin cucumber slices, salty feta, and a tangy lemon dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the cucumbers.
  3. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the cucumber and feta mixture.
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately or refrigerate for a quick side later.
